Okay so. I had to work as an usher at a concert tonight (that's basically a huuuge event in this part of the city that's part honors initiation, part chorus concert, and part HUGE PARTY AFTERWARDS), so of course I dressed up nice.

What I didn't realize until I was halfway there was that aside from the black skirt and tights, my unbuttoned white collared shirt and black blazer looked like Zangetsu/bankai!Ichigo.

My first thought was "AUUUGH NO."

My second? "I am so breaking out the wig and taking silly pictures when I get home."

Break was pretty good. I bought fabric and a pattern for the ridiculous Herotron coat I plan to wear to comic-con next summer, God willing. Man, I should not be allowed to get into fandoms.

So I'm seeing Twilight on Friday.

BEFORE YOU DE-FRIEND ME. I need to explain my thoughts on yaoi how I feel about Twilight. I have this horrendous trainwreck syndrome. I love terrible things. I EAT BADFIC FOR BREAKFAST. I adore B movies. And I read Twilight. It's.....I could totally get into all the things wrong with it, and how those fangirls are totally fucked, but why do that when you can mock it instead?

I'm hoping to catch some of the crazy fangirls on opening day. Can't go to the midnight show, because it's on a school night and I have to be up at eight that morning for Spanish, but I'm going on Friday. reinadecopas and I are going in t-shirts I made this weekend.

They read "TEAM TYLER'S VAN" in big pink sparkly letters, and below, "BELLA LIKES GETTING BRUISED". I am proud of how they turned out. Iron-on letters are god. Hooray for public trolling.


Aside from that, I ate sushi and yogurt and worked on the Transformers in Danceverse and an epic multifandom Bizarro!AU. Both are AWESOME.

I'm not into the practice of reading them, but I find what each card represents really, really interesting, especially in the light of Persona 4. For those of you unfamiliar with the game, each character is associated with one of the Major Arcana, and they share certain qualities with what that card represents.

Being me, I take that and run with it. I've assigned major arcana to....most of my original characters and quite a few fandom ones.

Last night, it was the G1!Transformers' turn. I blame it on fanart on DA of devil!Starscream, but Mizu and I were up well into the night compiling ( this. )

None of this is set in stone -- we're still tossing these back and forth. But it's one hell of a start, yeah? Go ahead and toss suggestions past me for any I'm missing (like Rumble ;;), and if I've made any glaring mistakes in my interpretations, let me know.
